How Payment Works
CHSP & HCP FUNDED
PAID OUT OF POCKET
PAID WITH BOTH
CHSP & HomeCare Package Funding:
1. Once you have contacted our office or received a rough quote estimate on our website, we will arrange a time for our gardener to come out and provide a detailed quote for the service/s you require.
2. Once you have accepted our quote that aligns with your package budget, Sydia will work directly with your HomeCare Provider & plan manager to deliver services to your home on a sub-contracted basis.
During the entirety of the service, a contract will be set in accordance with Sydia (Sub-contracted service provider), You (The client receiving the service), and your Plan Manager. This contract will be provided upon request.
NOTE: The contract sets out the roles & responsibilities Sydia plays in providing a safe, professional service to the client. This Contract is conducted in line with the ‘Australian Government Department of Health, Disability & Aging’, as well as the ‘Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission’.
3. Services will commence when the contract & quote have been reviewed and approved by you & your plan manager. For any questions or queries regarding the services Sydia will provide, contacting your manager or emailing us at contactsydia@gmail.com will help you.
4. At the end of each service, Sydia will invoice your plan manager directly.
5. When organising an upcoming session with a Sydia gardener, or when looking to establish regular ongoing services, please call or text Lachie at 0419 - 140 - 817 or email us at contactsydia@gmail.com
Paying Out Of Pocket:
For customers looking to pay privately out of pocket, without the assistance of a HomeCare Package or government funding, these are the payment requirements:
1. Once you have contacted our office or received a rough quote estimate on our website, we will arrange a time for our gardener to come out and provide a detailed quote for the service/s you require.
2. Each quote is attached with a Service Agreement between Sydia & you (The Client), outlining the scope of services we will provide for your property. If you are happy with the quote price, a thorough read through the service agreement and signature at the end is essential in order to commence our gardening & property maintenance services.
NOTE: This service agreement sets out the rights & responsibilities of both parties to ensure a professional service is provided and payment is made on time.
3. Each service will be booked, scheduled and communicated via text message or email. Contact Lachie at 0419 - 140 - 817 or email Sydia at contactsydia@gmail.com
4. At the end of each service, Lachie will send through an Invoice via your preferred communication method. This payment is to be made no more than 14 days after the invoice was sent.
Paying With BOTH Package Funding & Out Of Pocket:
In the event that you require a service from Sydia that is too expensive for your CHSP or HCP package budget, out of pocket expenses can be made to pay the difference.
Sydia will invoice your plan manager one invoice, which aligns with the budget allocation of your package. Sydia will then invoice you the second invoice privately, to be paid out of pocket.
